Abstract

Resumen

Este proyecto pretende manifestar cómo se van gestando los lazos entre la universidad y el territorio desde la experiencia de un proceso de urbanización en el conurbano bonaerense, en donde la Universidad de Avellaneda y el Centro de Salud y Cuidados Familiar de Villa Azul han constituido un proyecto de organización colectiva.

Este trabajo está enmarcado dentro de la materia Trabajo Social Comunitario de la Universidad Nacional de Avellaneda y se viene desarrollando desde hace varios años, en vínculo directo con el Centro de Salud

Tomamos como experiencia el proceso de urbanización del Barrio Villa Azul, dentro la provincia Buenos Aires, en los partidos de Quilmes y Avellaneda. Esta política pública fue delineada en el marco del Plan Federal de Viviendas.

 

Abstract

This project aims to show how the ties between the University and the territory are developing from the experience of an urbanization process in the Buenos Aires suburbs, where the University of Avellaneda and the Villa Azul Family Health and Care Center have established a project of collective organization.

This work is framed within the Community Social Work area of the National University of Avellaneda. This project has been developed for several years, in direct link with the Health Center.

We take as an experience the process of urbanization of the Villa Azul neighborhood, in the Quilmes and Avellaneda districts (in Buenos Aires Province). This public policy was outlined within the framework of the Federal Housing Plan.
